For financial advisers
A free account, to use yourself and to try with clients
CrestCast forecasts a UK household’s money forward from the figures they enter. If it could be useful in your practice, the account is free.
Where it might fit
Helping people before full advice pays? The FCA’s targeted support rules have applied since 6 April 2026, and more firms are looking at how to serve people for whom a full plan does not make sense yet. CrestCast is something they can use on their own, at no cost to you.
Between annual meetings? A client keeps their own figures current through the year, so a review starts from where they are now rather than where they were twelve months ago.
Looking at the same figures? A client can give you access to their forecast, view only or with editing if they choose, and stop sharing whenever they like, so a conversation starts from one shared view.
If you can see it fitting somewhere else, we would like to hear where: hello@crestcast.co.uk.
What CrestCast does
- Forecasts a household’s cashflow, net worth and debt for ten years, day by day, month by month or year by year.
- UK tax built in: income tax including the Scottish bands, National Insurance, and student loan plans 1, 2, 4, 5 and Postgrad.
- Built for couples: each partner’s own money and the joint accounts and bills, added up into one household view.
- Mortgages, loans and credit cards with their deals and rate changes, clearance dates, and what overpaying does.
- Every figure traces back to something the household typed. There is no bank feed and nothing is estimated behind their back.
- A client can export their forecast as a spreadsheet and bring it to a meeting.
Their own numbers, forward
Figures shown are the sample profile, not a real household.
What it is not
CrestCast gives no advice and makes no recommendations. It does not hold, move or invest money. It is not regulated financial advice; it shows a household its own figures forward.
It is not a lifetime cashflow model either. It stops at ten years and does not plan retirement income or inheritance tax. Its detail is day-level cash and debt.
Security and data
- Each account’s data is private to that user, enforced by row-level security in the database, unless they choose to share it with a partner or an adviser.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest by the database provider, Supabase.
- Stored in the EU, in Frankfurt.
- Never sold, and never used for advertising.
- A user can delete their account and everything in it from the app’s settings. It is removed 30 days later.
The detail is in the privacy policy.
